Systemic coaching is a structured process for personal and professional development. It is fundamentally different from psychotherapy, counselling, or any form of mental health treatment.

  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for psychological or psychiatric care.

 

Felix Leander Rebholz is trained as a Mental Trainer (ILS Academy Hamburg) and as a Systemic Coach (DBVC-recognised Coaching Academy Hamburg). He is not a licensed psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional, and does not hold himself out as one.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or believe you may require clinical support, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

 

3. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching outcomes vary significantly between individuals and depend on many factors, including personal commitment, circumstances, and effort. We do not guarantee any specific results from our coaching services.

4. Client Responsibility

You are fully and solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and their consequences — both during and after any coaching engagement. The role of the coach is to support and facilitate your own thinking and reflection. Felix Leander Rebholz does not direct your choices and accepts no legal responsibility for any actions taken, or not taken, as a result of coaching sessions or content on this website.

In group coaching settings (if offered), confidentiality also depends on the commitment of all participants. We request and encourage this, but cannot guarantee it beyond our own conduct.
