3. Why We Collect Your Data — and Our Legal Basis

The GDPR requires us to have a clear, lawful reason for every way we use your data. Here is a full overview:

Responding to enquiries via the contact form or email

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a legitimate business interest in communicating with people who contact us directly.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Wix collects technical data as necessary to operate, maintain, and secure the website.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Contact form enquiries and emails: up to 2 years after last contact, unless you become a client.

  • Client records (session notes, correspondence, billing): up to 5 years after the end of the coaching relationship, in line with Danish professional and accounting standards.

  • Technical/website data held by Wix: governed by Wix's data retention policies (see wix.com/about/privacy).

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Professional supervisors or coaching bodies — only if required for ethical oversight or in connection with complaints, and always in accordance with professional confidentiality obligations.

  • Legal authorities — if we are required by law, court order, or other legal obligation to disclose information.

We do not use any third-party marketing, analytics, or booking tools at this time. If this changes, we will update this policy and inform you accordingly.

6. Third-Party Services
