These Terms & Conditions govern the coaching services provided by Felix Leander Rebholz ("Coach") to clients ("Client"). By booking or attending a coaching session, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

 

1. About the Service Provider

2. Services Offered

Felix Leander Rebholz offers the following coaching services:

  • Free Discovery Call (First Contact): A 45-minute introductory conversation, free of charge, conducted by phone, video, or in person. This session is for mutual exploration and does not constitute a binding contract for ongoing coaching.

  • Individual Coaching Session: A single 90-minute systemic coaching session available in person, by video, or by phone.

 

All services are described more fully on the website at www.coaching-felix-leander.com. The Coach reserves the right to update services and pricing, with changes taking effect from the date of update on the website.

 

3. Booking and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when the Client confirms a booking (by email, contact form, or other direct communication) and receives written confirmation from the Coach. The contract is concluded at a distance and is therefore subject to Danish consumer law, including the right of withdrawal described in Section 5.

 

4. Fees and Payment

  • The price for a single coaching session is individually agreed on per 90-minute session.

  • The Discovery Call (First Contact) is free of charge.

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

 

The Coach reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. Prices agreed at the time of booking will be honoured for that booking.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under Danish law (Forbrugeraftaleloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are a private consumer (not purchasing as part of a business), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of confirmation, without giving any reason.

 

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing (e.g. by email to rebholzleander@gmail.com) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the following example statement:

 

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for a coaching session booked on [date]. Name: [your name]. Date: [date]."

 

Important: If you book a session and explicitly request that coaching begins within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that if you subsequently withdraw, you may be charged a proportionate fee for any service already delivered up to the point of withdrawal.

 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving a valid withdrawal notice, via the same payment method used.

 

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session: the session fee may be charged in full. The Coach will use reasonable discretion in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule, the Client will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

 

7. Nature of the Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative and client-led process. The Coach will:

  • Provide a safe, confidential, and professional space for reflection and development.

  • Facilitate the Client's own thinking — not provide therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

  • Respect the Client's autonomy and right to make their own decisions.

 

The Client agrees to:

  • Engage honestly and take responsibility for their own choices and actions.

  • Inform the Coach if their circumstances change in ways that affect the coaching.

  • Understand that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

 

8. Confidentiality

The Coach will keep all session content strictly confidential, except:

  • Where the Client gives explicit written consent to share information.

  • Where there is a serious, credible risk of harm to the Client or another person.

  • Where disclosure is required by law or court order.

 

The Coach may seek confidential professional supervision for the purposes of quality assurance and ethical practice. In this case, client details are anonymised wherever possible.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Danish and EU law, Felix Leander Rebholz's total liability to the Client for any claims arising from the coaching services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in connection with the specific sessions giving rise to the claim.

The Coach is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Danish consumer law.

 

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us first at rebholzleander@gmail.com. We will aim to respond within 10 business days and to resolve the matter informally.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus) at www.naevneneshus.dk, or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. For private consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Danish consumer protection law or applicable EU law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to EU consumer rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date. For ongoing coaching relationships, we will notify you of significant changes directly.
